In New Brunswick, anyone who practices audiology or speech-language pathology, or uses the title "audiologist" or "speech-language pathologist," or any other title implying they are legally authorized to provide these services, must be registered with the New Brunswick Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.

To verify if someone is registered, entitled to practice, has any restrictions or conditions on their practice, has had their registration suspended or revoked, or is the subject of published disciplinary findings, please search the NBASLPA public register below.

Please note:
  • "Registrant" refers to a person registered with the New Brunswick Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
  • The public register is continuously updated. There are many reasons why a registrant's status may change throughout the year. NBASLPA recommends searching the register at the time information is required to ensure the most current information is obtained.
  • If search results are incomplete, you may also verify information regarding a registrant's status by contacting NBASLPA at info@nbaslpa.ca or 1-866-455-9642.

If you suspect someone is engaging in the practice of audiology or speech-language pathology, or using the title of "audiologist", "speech-language pathologist", or any other title implying they are legally authorized to provide these services, and are not registered with NBASLPA, please notify us at info@nbaslpa.ca or 1-866-455-9642.

If you have concerns about the care received from a registered audiologist or a speech-language pathologist in New Brunswick, you may submit a complaint to NBASLPA (How To File A Complaint)
